Order Processing
Every order is made especially for you.
Most orders are processed within 7–10 business days before shipping. During holidays, collection launches, or periods of high demand, production times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Made-to-Order Production
Many of our products are produced only after an order is placed. This made-to-order process helps reduce waste, eliminate excess inventory, and ensures each piece is created specifically for you.
Because production begins shortly after your purchase, we are generally unable to cancel, modify, or change orders once they have entered production.
Please review your size, shipping address, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination and the items in your order.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your package has been dispatched.
International Shipping
We proudly ship to customers around the world.
International orders may be subject to:

These charges are determined by your country's customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend your order.
Only Vegans Left Behind is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once your package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier.
If your shipment is delayed, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier first.
If your package appears to be lost, please contact us and we'll do everything we can to help locate your order and assist with the claims process.
Only Vegans Left Behind is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but reported as missing.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
Your order number
Clear photos of the item
Photos of the packaging
A brief description of the issue
We'll review your request promptly and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple products, they may ship separately from different production facilities.
You will receive tracking information for each shipment if applicable.
There are no additional shipping charges for split shipments.
Shipping Delays
Although we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
